The judgement-free zone! This package is for businesses that have either fallen behind on their books and/or whose books need a little extra organizational love. We will go into your existing software or set you up in Quickbooks from scratch. Whether it be 2 years out of date or 2 months, let’s chat!

This service includes:

  • Full Diagnostics of your Books

  • Quickbooks Setup (as needed)

  • Categorized Transactions

  • Reconciled Accounts

  • Receipt Management and Organization

  • Final Reports at the End of Service

Additional services available for add-on such as Accounts Payable & Receivable

MICRO

Starting at $300

For the small-but-mighty business whose needs are more minimal but still want that foundational monthly support. This budget-friendly option allows for service add-ons as needed to perfectly customize your package.

This base service includes:

  • Monthly Reconciliations (up to 2 accounts)

  • 1 Third-Party Payment Software (PayPal/Stripe/Other)

  • Categorization of Transactions (up to 50 transactions)

  • Receipt Management

  • Monthly Financial Snapshot via Email

  • Unlimited Email & Text Support
